By accessing or using the Enkai Tours & Travel LTD website (enkaitours.com) and any services offered through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Enkai Tours & Travel LTD provides travel planning, safari, and tour booking services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued a written confirmation. Payment terms, deposit amounts, and cancellation conditions will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment received.
Cancellation charges apply as outlined in your individual booking confirmation. General guidelines are:
• Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: loss of deposit only.
• Cancellation 30–60 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Some third-party costs (e.g., flights, visas, park fees) may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes to confirmed bookings but cannot guarantee that amendments will always be possible. Amendment fees may apply. Significant changes initiated by us (e.g., due to circumstances beyond our control) will be communicated promptly and alternatives offered where possible.
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel, covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of luggage. We shall not be liable for any losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, any required visas, and up-to-date vaccinations for your destination. We can provide general guidance but are not responsible for consequences arising from failure to meet entry requirements.
Enkai Tours & Travel LTD acts as an agent for hotels, transport operators, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expense resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you in respect of any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
All content on this website – including text, images, logos, video, and design – is the property of Enkai Tours & Travel LTD or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free and reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access at any time without notice.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
